Open Question: I NEED ADVICE, THANK YOU SOO MUCH. :-)?

Ok I have a problem. My fiance (michael) and I are moving into a new house, and my best friend and her boyfriend wanted to move out together ( because they both live with their parents they are both 18, and so am i , but my fiance is 22...anyways) they want to move out together but they can't afford it. So Michael and I offered for them to just move in with us and save money until they can afford something. Now we have all talked about it and we agreed that the house payment and bills are going to be split 50/50. And also, that they are going to move out but the end of May 2009, when michael and I get married (on may 29th ). So here's the problem...my best friend's boyfriend-who neither michael or I know- said that he doesn't know if he wants to move in with us because he's afraid that he won't like michael, and also because he likes to work in the garage alot on cars--so he will only be willing to move in with us if he gets an entire garage to himself!!!! ok, fisrt of all i think that's a little rude because he is acting like he is completely in charge of everything ( if you only knew how snotty and cocky this guy was) anyways, my fiance is very easy going and said since it's my best friend (of 6 years) that he will just have to deal with kevin (her boyfriend). Kevin a few days ago said that he doesn't like that idea of sharing a house anymore-after we planned everything-he changed his mind. My best friend still wants to move out, so we said that she is more than welcome to still move in with out kevin, and she can't afford to much on her own, so we said that if she paid $100 a month that it would be fine. So her and I have been so excited getting things ready and stuff, and all of a sudden today-kevin wants to move in with her too. and he thinks that because we were not making ashley pay more than $100, that that's all he will be paying too. So she told me that she told him, "kevin your going to have to chip in whatever they say" so now here;s my problem...should I still let him move in? even though I don't really want him there, and how much should I charge him, because ashley is not paying much??? thank you sooo much, ashley is going to call me soon,and I have no idea what to say, so really thank you thank you thank you !!! and just so everyone knows...letting ashley only pay $100 is really really small our monthly house payment is $1,450 and that's WITHOUT utilities. thanks again! :-)
